A few weeks ago I signed up and uploaded my gravatars but when I try to attach them to my email, I get an esoteric application error:

"Change this error message for exceptions thrown outside of an action (like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code) in public/500.html"

I emailed support but have never received a reply (it's been over a week).

Could be bandwidth/financial problems. The site should have charged .99 a year or something to help defray expenses. I would have gladly paid a minimal fee.

I signed up for a Gravatar a few months back, but then they had so many speed issues, I rarely saw it used. I wonder if mine will work... Only one way to find out.
