		<description>I used PCBExpress once for a two layer board and it was a good deal. You can use Eagle (free software) for designing the PCB as long as you don't exceed the free Eagle limit.
Send them the file and they'll send you the boards.

Alternately, if it is only a single layer, try Custompcb in Singapore.  They have some really good deal with Fedex to ship the stuff surprisingly cheaply so don't let that scare you off.  They also accept Eagle files so you don't need to make Gerber files.</description>
