For someone like me who doesn't yet know Illustrator, Inkscape is a great program. I spent about 4 hours getting used to it yesterday, and it's really quite nice. Being able to easily toggle the point/node type with the control key makes using the Pen tool in Photoshop seem outdated. So far, I'm loving it! I've already made a few vector graphics with it, some of which will be revealed soon. You’re an Illustrator pro, though. I so wanted to switch away form adobes expensive software and use free stuff. But inkscape just plan sucks, and gimp... also sucks :-( btw inkscape sucks.
